- Location: The hotel's restaurant is in the city center of the Hanseatic city of Wesel.
- Parking: Parking for hotel guests is free directly at the hotel. We also have parking for buses.
- Check-in: Your room is available from 2:00 pm on your arrival day.
- Reception: The reception desk is open daily until 10:30 pm
- If you are arriving after 6:00 pm, please let us know ahead of time. If you are arriving after 10:30 pm, please call us ahead of time. We will give you a PIN for the key boy. With this PIN, you can get your room key out of the lockbox at the hotel entrance (parking side) at any time.
- Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on your departure day.

Prices & cancellation conditions
Kaiserhof Wesel
- Prices are valid per room/night and include the legal VAT.
- Methods of payment at the hotel: EC debit card, Maestro card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
- If you do not vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of your departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge half the room price according to the price list for additional use of the room until 6:00 pm. After 6 pm the hotel may charge 90% of the price according to the list.
- Cancellations are free of charge – depending on the service booked up to three days before arrival or until 6 pm on the day of arrival.
- For individual room bookings, cancellation on the day of arrival until 6:00 pm is free of charge. Arrivals after 6:00 pm must be announced in writing in advance, in which case the booking is considered a guaranteed booking. For cancellations after 6 pm on the day of arrival or in case of absence of the guest (No Show), 90% of the price for the first night will be charged. Excluded from this cancellation policy are all bookings during times of a trade fair or other major events in the region, as well as special rates, which, for example, require full payment of the booking prior to the start of the hotel stay and have different cancellation conditions. These special cancellation conditions are shown in the booking process and on the booking confirmation.
- Offers – Accommodation with additional services, tickets, transfer costs, etc are charged at 100%. The cancellation conditions accepted at the time of booking apply here.
- Non-guaranteed reservations (except for reservations with special conditions) will be kept until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel reserves the right to re-allocate the room after 6:00 pm. Arrivals after 6:00 pm must be announced in advance in writing, in which case the booking is considered a guaranteed booking.
- Separate cancellation conditions apply to group bookings (20 persons or more) and long-term stays of more than 200 nights. The same applies to some hotel offers which are marked "non-refundable".
