If you have already purchased an admission ticket for a trade fair in Dusseldorf, you can travel to and from the Dusseldorf trade fair ground (and airport) and Hotel Kaiserhof free of charge with the train. There is no need to pay any additional fare between Hotel Kaiserhof and Dusseldorf fair ground!
